Description

Inspired by Olive Garden’s chocolate lasagna, this no-bake dessert trades multiple brownie layers for a crust of crushed Oreos and a chocolate pudding layer. We keep the sweetened cream cheese layer, though, because it’s scrumptious. Instead of chocolate ganache and shaved chocolate on top, we’re doing whipped topping and mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients
    Layer 1
  • 1 PK Oreo Cookies
  • 6 oz Butter
  • Layer 2
  • 1 stick Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Layer 3
  • 2 PK Instant Chocolate Jell-o Pudding
  • 2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
Instructions
  1. Layer One - The Crust

    Take your Oreos and Crush them in to Fine pieces in a Zip-loc Bag using a rolling pin..

    Then Add butter to Oreos and press down into a 9x13 pan

  2. Layer 2: Vanilla Cream Cheese

    Combine the block of Room temp cream cheese with the 1 cup of powdered sugar and the 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract.

    Fold the tub of Cool Whip with the Cream Cheese.

    Spread vanilla layer over crust and throw in the freezer while you make the chocolate layer

  3. Layer 3: Chocolate

    Combine 2 small packages of Instant Chocolate Pudding 

    2 cups whole milk

    1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream

    Fold in 1 cup of cool whip

    This will serve as your layer 3

  4. Layer 4:Whipped Topping with Chocolate

    Add a dash of vanilla to your leftover tub of cool whip and spread over chocolate layer

    For a nice crunch and a pretty presentation, add mini chocolate chips, or any topping of your choice..

  5. Refridgerate

    Let this have time to set up in the fridge for at least an hour or two before serving to guests
